Surveys & Reports Overview

One of our principal services is to conduct surveys and produce research reports.

We provide a comprehensive annual look at what businesses want from the communications industry through our 'Communications in Business' online survey. We also conduct two telephone surveys per annum on specific hot topics within the industry.

The research data we collect is fed back to members so that they may gain a better understanding of the subjects concerned and are equipped with a resource that can be used throughout the enterprise.

We also use our market studies to help the supplier community better understand what their potential customers are thinking and doing - building mutually beneficial relationships.

For many businesses virtual enterprise remains indistinct and there is still a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the issue.

In March 2006 CMA carried out a virtual enterprise market study together with Nortel. It is clear from the results that many businesses would like to be able to virtualise faster and more effectively.

Overall, CMA found the move towards virtual enterprise is already happening and that real benefits can be gained from virtual networks.
