General Details:

An experienced Principal Consultant and Professional Engineer specialising in the design, delivery and day-to-day operation and management of IT and telecommunications networks and systems. Conversant in business planning and strategy development and practiced in translating and delivering business requirements in to realistic and cost effective technology strategies and solutions for national and global organisations.

Recent assignments have included:

- Developing a global contact centre strategy for global banking organisation operating in 44 countries across 3 global regions;

- The specification, procurement, design, delivery, deployment and migration to a 1000 seat IP Telephony platform including a 400 seat IP Contact Centre platform for the UK's largest direct and online supplier of trade tools, accessories and hardware products;

- Design, development and procurement of a new company wide voice and data network; delivery of a nationwide infrastructure review; delivery of a business wide voice review and contact centre strategy, and development of an IP centric model office for the world's fifth-largest insurance group;

- Development of a European voice and data technology roadmap; delivery of a UK telecomms strategy and management of a number of comprehensive cost savings and business improvement projects for a leading international paint business based in the UK;

- The design and development of the CTI and IVR contact centre solutions within an enterprise wide CRM deployment programme for a leadin UK gas and electricity supplier;

- The design, development and delivery of an advanced telephony and multimedia contact centre strategy for a UK pensions and investments company in readiness for de-mutualisation;

- Developing a detailed telecomms review and co-ordinated virtual call/contact centre strategy for one of the UK's biggest tour operators;

- Developing a global customer contact strategy for an established provider of credit services in the UK.
