2008 Consumer protection regulation (Croatia): For the regulator (funded by the EU), drafting regulations protecting and informing customers of electronic communication services.
2008 Numbering planning and regulation (Lebanon): For the regulator (funded by the EU), analysing and recommending developments in the numbering plan that pay particular attention to value added services and short codes, drafting regulations on the administration of numbering, proposing policies on number portability and ENUM, and training staff in all aspects of numbering.
