Women in Telecoms and Technology Group (WiTT) Meeting

Our Guest Speaker is Elaine Aarons. Elaine is a partner at WithersWorldwide. She specialises in employment law and will be talking about gender issues in the workplace.
Elaine is regarded as one of the top employment lawyers in London and we are privileged to have her as a speaker. She has acted for a number of FTSE 100 directors in the last 12 months and is currently conducting a number of seven figure discrimination and bonus claims. She advises on, amongst other things, directors' service agreements, senior executive severance, bonus claims and discrimination. She is also a member of The Hidden Brain Drain, a New York based task force examining issues relating to the advancement of women and ethnic minorities in the workplace.
