The agenda (subject to final confirmation) includes a 21CN update together with the results of Ofcom's current survey of 500 business customers on their experience of using the ICT sector (note this mirrors the concept of the Ofcom report on the "citizen-consumer" at: www.ofcom.org.uk/research/tec/ce08/ but is aimed for the first time at business users.)

There will be an opportunity to fire questions at the Ofcom survey team.

It is quite some time since Ofcom provided a briefing on BT's 21CN for CMA. The reason for the long gap is that BT has been refining and re-planning the project and it is only now that they feel ready to bring us up to date with their current thinking and intentions.
